Friday evening Spiritual Spa with Tibetan singing bowls and Lotus Reiki

Refresh your body, mind and spirit by balancing your whole being; with Jutta, reiki teacher and master and Nick, sound healer.
This event is a 3 hour mini-retreat, including:
- An hour long sound bath with Tibetan singing bowls and channelled chanting. Let the gentle tones and resonance of the bowls relax you deeply
- Personal one to one healing with Lotus energy weaving. Let the powerful energy assist you in releasing blockages and old, stuck emotions
- A massage with singing bowls placed on your body. Let the vibrations release stress in your physical body
- A home-cooked organic vegetarian meal, bread and gluten free cake. A blend of channelled herbal tea with healing properties to cleanse and boost your immune system. Let the delicious home-made food nourish your soul
- Spiritual conversation and community. Share your experiences with like-minded people
Although the main event is three hours it is usually longer as we allow as much time as needed for the healing. And you are very welcome to stay to socialise and relax.

Additional information
Please wear loose, comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle. We provide inflatable mats, blankets and cushions. You may bring additional blankets if you wish.
