Friday morning sound bath for deep relaxation, stress relief and energy boost; with Tibetan singing bowls and Lotus Reiki

Relax in the beautiful healing centre while being soothed by the gentle sounds of Tibetan singing bowls and bathed in the healing rays of Lotus energy.
Nick will play the Tibetan singing bowls to create deep resonant tones that will encourage deep relaxation and stress relief. At the same time Jutta will use Lotus energy weaving to assist you in releasing blockages and old, stuck emotions.
Lotus Reiki and Tibetan Sound Healing are two techniques which truly work together harmoniously.
You will leave feeling chilled out and ready for your day.
Additional information
Please wear loose, comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle. We provide inflatable mats, blankets and cushions. You may bring additional blankets if you wish.
