For deep relaxation, release of stress, healing and topping up your energy. This free sound bath will be held on Zoom with Tibetan singing bowls and Lotus energy weaving.

Nick will play the Tibetan singing bowls to create deep resonant tones that will encourage deep relaxation and stress relief. At the same time Jutta will use Lotus energy weaving, which goes through different places in your “story line” depending on where the problem lies, and re-strings the fabric of your energy field. It can assist you in releasing blockages and old, stuck emotions.

Lotus Reiki and Tibetan Sound Healing are two techniques which truly work together harmoniously.
