Special live event: Healing sounds in the garden

Location: Willingham, Cambridgeshire

Relax outside in beautiful nature while being soothed by the gentle sounds of Tibetan singing bowls and bathed in the healing rays of Lotus energy.

This event is a 3 hour mini-retreat, including:

• An hour long outdoor sound bath in the garden with Tibetan singing bowls. Let the gentle tones and resonance of the bowls relax you deeply
• Personal one to one healing with Lotus energy weaving. Let the powerful energy assist you in releasing blockages and old, stuck emotions
• Singing bowls placed on your body. Let the vibrations massage your physical body
• A vegetarian meal. Let the delicious home-made food nourish your soul
• Spiritual conversation and community. Share your experiences with like-minded people

Although the main event is three hours it is usually longer as we allow as much time as needed for the healing. And you are very welcome to stay in the garden to socialise and relax.

Additional information
Please wear loose, comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle. We can provide some inflatable mats, blankets and cushions. You may bring your own yoga mat and additional blankets if you wish.

In the event of rain, we will withdraw to the warm and cosy indoor healing centre.

There is on street parking and the event is sign-posted.
